Replacing Glued tyres?

Hi Guys,

Want to ask: The tyres on my touring car keeps coming off as I take corners. Guess there is no choice but to glue them up. However, the touring tyres seems to be wearing off very quickly (due to lots of sliding and skidding Twisted Evil

) so I am expecting to change out the tyres quite frequently at this rate.

So how does touring car owners manage the frequent changing of glued tyres? Do they use the same boiling / acetone methods mentioned above?

Appreciate if the seasoned tourers here can point me in the right direction.

we just change the wheels and tyres as a set.... Smile

Go for aluminium rims.

1st, they don't distort their shape in the long run. plastic rim will not be concentric after a few tyres change.

2nd, residual harden glue can be file away from the rim during tyre change without damage as compare to plastic rim.

3rd, they are bling bling........
