Hi guys, I'm thinking of expanding my fleet slowly Twisted Evil but I can't decide within these three. confused Any advice or other kit recommendations?

For the kit, where can I get the cheap and reliable china esc ? and what motor is compatible with the china esc?

I recommend this esc as well, I had it for a few months now, it never fail to haul my fat ass 7kg truck. esc, reciever,all went swimming last trail when I misjudge the water depth, forward and reverse stopped working but steering still works, bought home dry it and tried again the next day, works perfectly fine with no hint of any water damage at all. Maybe I was just lucky, but this Ecs is really quite tough...

Hi.. Nv owned any of the rigs before but can say the wraith is quite a favourite among SGCians and the popularity speaks for itself. The R1 is also a nice rig with tunable suspensions and many aftermarket goodies. The Losi Night Crawler.. I have seen them in action a few times. Capable rig but runs on worm gear. Not so good for distance trails as compared to rock crawling as it runs hot. Enjoy the BBB! Smile

Indeed a Tamiya brushed motor from one of the kits (= silvercan) will work fine. Those motors have 27T and usually provide a good compromise between speed an torque. Many people have them laying around, usually from Tamiya Kits that were upgraded to Brushless. Need one? Very Happy New or used? Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Those cheap motors are "disposable", meaning they are closed and can not be serviced in case of issues. No big deal, if it fails after two years or more then simply replace it.
If you want something better Holmes Hobbies is a high quality motor as Wrigleys suggested. They can be taken apart for servicing, brushes can be replaced when worn out, etc. As usual quality has its price...
