Body mount extension

Post by speedstream on Sat 19 Jan 2013 - 13:50

Order one of these to try out on a Hyper TT-e chassis.

close up. Made of aluminium.

Mounted on top of a tamiya body post, a little bit oversize, too loose for mounting body with clattering sound.

add short column of sillicone tube and mount it over to give a tight fit.

Side by side with Assoc truck with the same body

Overall, with slight modification, it is a good body accessory to have when playing around with different covers.

Thanks for sharing bro...

Have you tried those mounts that doesn't require holes on the body?

Hi boo,

Nope, have not tried before.

Saw the stealth body mount from ABC online before, think that one will great for scale and photo session.
