slight modded of my hammer

Post by gexer on Wed 2 Mar 2016 - 18:27

After finish assembly. and after a few runs, my fingers starts to itch. So started dismantling and trying to figure out how to reconfigure my stock twin hammer. Will try to post some pics. Going to change height, width, batt position weight balance to make it crawl better

wanted to extend the length by changing a lower link. But its too long and my dogbone can't stretch. So I have to get a new dogbone at 158mm type

So while waiting for the new dogbone. I fitted the upper link from plastic stock to ALU. And I change the shock mount to ALU. And since I want to lift the ride. Customizing is require

After adding this extension the rear shock is now more vertical for flex

Height is now adjusted. Will have to customize the batt holder and also figure I I want to buiLD the body.

More to come once I have time to customize. Lol. Another bunch of parts to build a crawler that will be fully customize trial and error build. Very Happy
