How to buy stuff from RC4WD?

I'm having problem purchasing from RC4WD. My pay pal account wont work. Do you guys have this problem? Been trying since yesterday. Pay Pal transaction thru ebay yesterday no problem. RC4WD don't accept Credit Card fr Singapore.

I have bought a few time from RC4WD using Paypal with no problem, most recently is 2 days ago. However, my account is from Australia so am not sure if it make any difference.

No. They do not accept Paypal from Singapore. Ordered all my items by Bank transfer. Latest two days ago. Make an order then tick Bank Transfer. Get the order number and go into iBanking and transfer as follows:

Thanks to all bros for the info. So not my pay pal problem than. Walau I even got my credit card cancel from pay pal becos I rekeyin my credit card account 2-3 times cos thot got problem. Like that how to do business. Now my pay pal account got reset and i need to wait a few days to confirm and reactivate it with some code.

Yesterday,2nd of August 2012, I tried to purchase a few items from store.rc4wd.com but I was prompted with an error saying that the transaction from my Paypal is not successful.

I tried repeated number of times but I still got the same error message.
Later, I find out that RC4WD does not accept Paypal payment from Singapore after reading from it here!

When I log in my Internet banking account from DBS, I was shocked to see the amount of money I have in my Ledger Balance. It is all pending the transactions that I have made from RC4WD...

Now over $1000 is stuck in the Ledger balance. I cannot take the money out!
The stuff I ordered cost around $250 only...But because i tried around 5 times..It accumulated to $1000+!

Paypal also cancel my Debit Card.. Haiz! SO upset...

I call DBS Bank, they say they can't do anything now...but within 10 days if the transaction dont clear, DBS will release the money ....

Does anyone experience this before? PLease share! Haizzz

For some reason, a lot of these online stores in the US and even Australia will not deal with Singapore, i.e., not ship here or not accept Singapore credit cards. Better to read their fine print first before paying!

Ok guys. I finally wrote in to RC4WD abt purchasing from them via pay pal. The reply was that they are not able to accept payment via pay pal at this moment. Even for a few exception.So if really need to get from RC4WD than has to do wire bank transfer. Has to balance the price of other vendors against charges by the bank for wire bank transfer for RC4WD product.

I believe they have two websites.

1) store.rc4wd.com = For local customer as in US.

2) int.rc4wd.com = For international customer.

You can find the international website link right below in their local website. The international website has no problem paying by paypal though the international website only have 4 manufacturers.

Hence you cant buy from them directly. I tried both site ored. You still can get RC4WD product from other online store but price for some product is almost double. Thats the item that i wanted.

Ohhh... I see. I know Singapore is the base for fraud now. But I just bought a tyres from them yesterday and paid through Paypal acct. So far no issue.

They might send you a refund in a few days time and email you saying that they do not accept paypal payments from singapore...

I've spoke too soon. Bro Boolean is right. I've just received an email from them stating the same reason as Bro Boolean. but they still accept bank wire transfer.

Yes, RC4WD will only accept wire transfer and nothing else.

How I know, everything I own for my toys are from RC4WD and nowhere else.....hehehehehe.....anyone wants to order some items, we can pool together and share the shipping cost, bank charges etc etc....

Cheers. Don't try to use paypal....done before and all my cash stuck in the holding account....it takes about more than a week before the money is available in your bank....
