Our little Woodlands Crescent trail
Hi folks,
this morning Patrick and I took down our Dingo to the nearby forest in Woodlands Crescent. We made a short movie of our little morning trail:
Have fun everyone!

Re: Our little Woodlands Crescent trail
Thanks guys!
Patrick is better but still a bit weak. You can hear him sniffing quite a bit during the later part of the video
After we took the video we went back to the water and mud for more play. We had a lot of fun -- and I had even more fun cleaning everything in the afternoon.
PS: need to fix my light controller to get rid of the annoying "blinking" of parking and tail lights...

Re: Our little Woodlands Crescent trail
Indeed, making photos and videos is "my other hobby". Did a lot of videos of Patrick when he was young, as well as occasionally small jobs for our office.
Problem is though that my camera is not so well suited for model videos. It has a large sensor and therefore a shallow depth of field. Great to make people look good, not so great for small stuff because everything is out of focus most of the time...

See if you can reduce the aperture... Shallow dof is nice too... But dun use a prime with wide open aperture like I did...
Re: Our little Woodlands Crescent trail
I see mud puddle there perhaps we can organize a trail there and we can let Patrick to lead the trail.

Re: Our little Woodlands Crescent trail
By SG Crawlers standard it is not a very interesting site unfortunately. It is a tiny strip of wood where a few months ago some heavy machines went in and created the "trails". Now things start to overgrow again. Beside that there is not really much to go, just a series of dead-end paths.
The mud puddle is great though. We were surprised that there was still water after such a long time of draught. When it rains it becomes quite a deep, big lake. Our tiger crawler went swimming in there once -- fun times!
