Steering consist of a servo, a master cylinder and a slave cylinder. The servo will
push or pull the master cylinder using a push rod and in
turn push the slave cylinder which is connected to the steering linkages and turn the wheels left and right
Here, the master cylinder will be fitted in where the motor used to be.

Thanks for reading!!!

just a servo controlling a master cylinder.
I can get micro pumps but they just wouldnt create enough presure.

sorry sorry, I will rephrase it.

I have two cylinders connected to each other. So when i compress one the other will extend right? Likewise when i extend out one the other will retract right?

Now i use a servo to do the compressing motion, the principle still stay the same right?

The good thing is that I can just add a third cylinder and I can have rear wheel steering.

hmm body is base on 2.2 tires, I see how it goes, I need to borrow a set of 1.9 wheels to see if it still fits the body.

what blades do you use for the jigsaw to cut aluminium?
possible to cut irregular shapes on 3mm or 4mm aluminium sheets using jigsaw?

do you clamp them down onto MDF or wooden planks when cutting?
thanks for the info.

just use those normal blades for cutting metal. those with small teeths and a relative high rpm speed.
3mm to 4mm thick aluminum is very thick liao!!! Shocked are You building amour for your truck or new project a tank? haha. should be able to. Just need more time thats all.

I dont have a clamp at home. so I hold the work material on one hand and the jigsaw on the other hand.

thinking of cutting the 3mm / 4mm aluminium and use for the ladder frame for scale trucks build....

thought the aluminium sheet will vibrate if not clamped down and cut together with the wood... will try it someday when i add a jigsaw into my toolbox.. Smile

Np!!! oh yes I am also thinking of making a ladder chassis. But I am thinking of making it like the real thing with aluminum C brackets...

the Problem I face working without clamps is when the blade is stuck at the gaps the whole material moves with the blade like a huge chopping machine...Trick is to squeeze and release the trigger in one second intervals and its very important to move in a straight line. well, if you have a clamp then everything should be easier.
