Lead weights for wheels - wtb in SG?

Post by Evildrporkchop on Mon 29 Aug 2011 - 15:06

Hey

Tried jethobby today to buy weights for my wheels but no stock.

Anyone know of any other sources? Maybe thick gauge lead wire that can wrap around the rim?

hi bro, i use fishing weights for my honcho, wheel weights from 1:1 tyre shops for my ax10....
get the wheel weights from any tyre shops, even those tyre shops at petrol kiosks have them.
those are more convenient, comes in 5g pieces, 12pcs per strip... so around 60g per strip...
the weights come with double sided tape, so just peel and stick. more convenient Smile

per strip should cost <$2 each...

Well I've fitted the weights, reverted the LCC back to it's crawler set up and body and took it for a spin this pm...

Best mod I think I've ever done Smile can't wait to give it try now over at Little Guilin!
