[DIY] poor man's waterproof ESC and BEC
Got 2 sets of micro esc for ebay... Around S$30 each.... 320A... With built in 3A BEC
Also bought a few 5A BEC from ebay... less than S$10 each..
As per what I did for the axial ae1 esc on my honcho, I used neutral cure silicone to waterproof the ESC and BEC...

Re: [DIY] poor man's waterproof ESC and BEC
Didnt spray on the heat sinks... Only sprayed on the transistors and pcb...
Crawler ESC unlikely to get very hot... Crawlers are slow and consume little current... Less current means less heat....
Havent try these 2 esc, but some of the guys tested the varnish as well as this model of esc....

If its for pcb usage, then should be fine...
Ask your neighbour to get for you...
