Had seen so many nice trail photos by the members in the group...
so thought i should start a photography thread...

how about find a day we go shooting? Very Happy

i'm a rookie btw, with a simple camera...

maybe find a night, each of us bring a truck, go to some of the nice locations with nice singapore night scenes and shoot some photos of the trucks with the night scenery in the background? Very Happy

had been thinking of this since last year... Very Happy

No experience with night shooting though. I found it quite difficult so far, particularly dealing with the high contrast e.g. if a truck has lights.

Best place with nite scene is the new park at FortRoad. That place is nice n connected to Marina Barage. With the Sg Flyer n Singapore River as the background it would look nice. Nxt better place is at the F1 pit we can do a nite road Trail plus photo session at the F1 track

With Singapore background maybe Marina Barrage. We can have photo plus trail in the garden and satay session there. Just dun noe if the lighting in the garden just nice for photo shoot without flash.

Unless someone has a professional flash system, the on-camera flash will not give good photos. To get nice night shots we have to use tripods and long exposure.
Back when Boo first suggested a night photo session I tried it on the local park and got decent results. See my Landy at night shots.

So when did you say was the photo shoot? Very Happy
