Re: [VIDEO] Tamiya XR311 in Woodgrove
Wow!
Very nice vid showing the performance of the rig. Speaking of performance, all bone stock suspensions...2WD? This thing can do mild crawling! Suprised!!!
Really nice vid and music choice, and the Grand Canyon of Singapore really the nicest place here left for the tiny little red dot for the rc trail enthusiasts. Soon or later I smell condos will take over it's place...

Re: [VIDEO] Tamiya XR311 in Woodgrove
Indeed the suspension is all bone stock.
It can only do the mildest of trails. It is just too small; any pebble causes it to ride up. 2WD only, locked axle though. And the tires are not grippy at all, a slight incline where an SCX10 does not even blink an eye is a major challenge for this car.
Note that the video is slow motion 50%, hence the suspension looks dynamic. In real life it is very bouncy as there are no shocks.
Indeed, what a magical place! The best we can do is enjoy it to its fullest while it is still there.

Great vid Werner. Beautiful shots and good angles. And very realistic scale driving. I like to slow it down too for a more realistic motion of the vehicle.
