Re: SG Crawler Coffee shop
ok. after hearing e news bout ranger in e trail waiting to 'saman' ppl.
e only 'legal' trails are DAIRY FARM, TAMPINES (not e quarry side), KENT RIDGE & UBIN.
WOODCUTTERS TRAIL is on alert red now. e one tat we went yesterday (butterfly), is amber. basically any tracks tat lead to woodcutters is on amber.
due to an incident tat involves SAF.
juz to inform u guys. last week, 19 riders were fined $300 each for 'trespassing'. tats e 1st warning, second timers will be charged in court.
TECK, told u liao, must start playing at void deck oreadi!! haha.

This is from mtb forum
Dear Mountain Bikers,
I believe most of the riders here have heard about 19 riders being fine for entering the illegal trail at the 3rd stream 3 weeks ago. A lot of speculation been going around and lot of us are confused, frustrated or not knowing what or where can we go next.
I have approached National Parks James Gan and spend about half an hour to discuss these issue and concerns of these trails in an open book manner. I have suggested for a dialogue session with Nparks and they agreed to meet up with the mountain biking community to discuss and hopefully, come up with compromising solution to resolve the issue or to understand or clear any misconception of the biking trails in Singapore.
I have volunteer to facilitate the session with our local biking community on how we can move forward.
If you want to make a difference and promote a better riding environment, please participate this session. Have your question ready and be prepare to speak up.
For the date/time/venue, I will let you know soon once I got a confirmation from them. It should be less than a month from now.
If there are more than 5 pax in your group who wish to attend, please drop me a message and let me know as we have limited space.
I will be overseas this morning and can only reply you from time to time.
Hope to see you guys there soon.
BR,
Alex

ironman wrote:heard u 'painted' ur esc for waterproofing ah?
aiyo...
Must test different types of waterproof technique. Ket , testing the painting technique, if can work ,will be cheap and easy. Maybe non-thinner base paint can work. Those slow dry paint.
