Re: My Rock crawler.
Hey RTECH, nice build!! I'm building up a shafty right now with dig but these damn bushings are making my axles bind up pretty bad leaving no slow speed control cause it needs too much juice just to get it moving. I want to try and buy the bearings in bulk rather than buy that expensive bearing upgrade but the instructions use the same part number on all 26 bearings(mq-mbs) making it impossible to figure out what the size and quantity are of the bearings. Can you possibly help be out with dimensions of the bushings and how many of each are required of each size http://www.rcmart.com/rc-other-brands-rctrax-mqbbs-miniqlo-ball-bearing-pi-31085.html?picID=1? Thanks so much, KurtRTECH wrote:rcming wrote:boolean21 wrote:Swee! Bring it on sunday!
ya bring it on sunday, looks great. have been thinking to get a palm size crawler....
This little monster dun be fool by its small size. It does perform. Since it is difficult to find big rocks in singapore. So i decide to get this small rock crawler . But the hop-up parts are dam expensive. There are even alu axles and chassis for this crawler. I only hop-up the bearings.

Re: My Rock crawler.
Hi bro , mine is MOA so i am not sure about the bearings in the centre gearbox.
For my MOA , i only have bearings on the axles. They are:
8pcs of 2mm(centre),2.5mm(thickness) and 6mm(outer)
16pcs of 3mm(centre), 2.3mm(thickness) and 6mm(outer)
I bought these bearings from rotor hobby which is cheaper about $20+.

Number of bearings not depends on size of rig. The design still the same only smaller size.
