The bike touched down yesterday... and after calling in to Speed Post hotline every few hours since yesterday to check the status... managed to arrange for self collection after 6pm today! Smile

Very Happy Boo, your venom bike is of high quality, the chain, the shock, etc. But i found the gyro not spinning fast enuff, maybe because the spiders gears are new , need to run in a bit.
The rear shock oil a bit too thin. The steering damper need to change thicker oil or grease.
The brushless system is powerful . Like the scaleness of the bike, rider exhaust, engine.

A good bike.

Just happen to check out how the gyro works in the VMX:


I think the centrifugal clutch gap in your gyro is 2.5mm in which needs higher RPM to engage the gyro, that's why you will find it difficult to ride at low speed.

I suggest you adjust the gap to 2.7mm , so that the clutch can engage faster at low speed and your bike will be more stable.

If you have any doubts, you can send your bike to Rtech motorshop for some tunning.

Btw, that place will definitely suit all your 1/4 scale easily as they are heavier and much bigger. My hor on stock suspensions tends to be quite bumpy due to some small rocks. Anyway hopup my hor rear suspensions to alu and oil dampers already and soon will test out again...this time will be without the side bars as it will cup corners better! Love to run my hor there as its open and wide and quite nice to run a GP bike there! There`s another spot at Bukit Panjang where small boy eatdirt auntie stays whereby there`s 2 basketball courts size and no much ppl using it.
