My Axial SCX10 has arrived in Singapore on 15 May. Call up Singpost to do self collection today. The guy on the other end says "You have to call again to check if your request is approved" Like that also can ah?? haiz

The last time, I called every few hours and they finally let me collect the vmx...

My technobot Item also landed... So call 2 time for different item? No wonder he ask me how many item. But he never mention that hes looking at 2 item. I help them save cost also cannot. Funny that this type of request must approved one.

Very dissappointed with Singpost. Call them this afternoon... they say still got no record. I'm to call back tomorrow in the morning. They will put up my request to the relevant dept to put in on priority. When I reach home, a delivery note from Speedpost was found on the front door.... I called them up and ask why they do not have record, yet send the parcel to my house. They guy on the other end just read to me wht he sees on his screen

Singpost: Sir you put up a request to collect from Toa Payoh Singpost on 17 May and you follow up on 19 May. But sir your parcel will be delivered to you today between 2pm to 5pm....
Me: Hello that's what I'm trying to tell you. Why there's no record of my parcel when I called in the afternoon? And you told me you have my request record right?
Singpost: Sir your parcel will be delivered to you today between 2pm to 5pm....
Me: Hi I know. I'm telling you I got a delivery note from Speedpost. Why was I told you have no record of my parcel when I called this afternoon.
Singpost: Sir, thats what I'm telling you now. Your parcel will be delivered today at 2pm to 5pm... oh now its already 7.03pm (exactly) you can have a redelivery at another timing.....

I really give up...

Hahaha.... I feel your pain! Happened to me few times liao.... Have to keep calling... Say u called many times liao... Then say u muat have the package by tmr....

But so far I only talk to them nicely... Cos they also working la...
I think some bros managed to bang table till they deliver the same night...

For me... Best is self collect on the same evening...

Yeah I know they are working too... So I ask for self collection... he says 23 May. I say why 23 May? Than he says "hmmm ok 22 may after 2pm?". Yeah finally! Its here.
