If I purchase SCX10 Axel or chassis parts does it comes with the required screw, nuts and bolts for me to assemble the parts?

I bought an axial chassis set. It came with screws and nut and a 1 page instruction how to assemble. Funny thing is some screw not the same length as in the kit. but still comes together fine
