One of the bad things about the track is very bumpy. I think that's the reason why the carpet are there.
But overall it is fun jumping around.

Thanks for this video, good to see the place after hearing about it several times.
Hope to check it out some time soon.
It seems that while Segar is a lot of hard "clay", DIOT has carpet and loose rocks. I saw one jump, is that correct?

Yea, a lot of loose rocks at DIOT. Not an idea terrain for buggy racing. Due to the bumpy ground, it is hard to reach full speed. In fact , more suitable for scale crawling, haha.Furthermore , the sand it quite loose also.
But there is certain section without the track markers that are quite smooth. The small section just in front of the track and a large section way behind the track.
There is a strange guy sitting there playing handheld game everytime i go there.

Oops ! Today when DIOT again , my friend told me that the guy is from LTA. The officer standby there in case there is any happening at the highway above.Saw the 1/8ths and monster truck running. The track more suitable for large scale. Doesn't seems bumpy to them.
