Nice plane bro. Is it the 1.4m or giant cessna 1.8m? 5ch so shld have flaps rite? Me and Ilham can join and guide u as best we can when u want to maiden it..
Better if u can try simulator 1st if u have.

bro, it's a smaller one... i think around 1m only... ya, 5ch with flaps... flew once... everything was fine until the aileron servo / links / joint gave way.... didn't check the stuffs before the maiden....
repaired and didn't try since.... i've also removed the wheels and added a prop saver.... the next flight, will ask you guys to guide me or fly for me...
hope it still flies well...

Lai lai lai... rc dogfight!! Hahaha!!!
Btw, dogfight too fierce for newbies for me la. I`m alittle interest in the Hobbyking`s Pitts Biplane. Heard its also a floater, but also requires some skills to fly too, and if crash damage will be high due to double wing. Is it true?
BTW, my nick here is Marpek aka stargazer...

Yes Pitts is a floater. I had one too previously.. Just need to work on the CoG. Stock configuration too tail heavy.. Neway personally, I would not recommend it for 'newbie' although I know u're not one.. Go with the cessna. Or a pusher cloudfly.. Easy to fly and a bit more forgiving when hard landings..

Hmm...my very first plane is the balsa/ply 48" Spitfire from Global( fm Champion hobby also ). After many trials and errors with different motors setup finally got her to R.O.G just one time only...and becoz newbie, she verticle take off somemore as using geared colbalt 600 size motor with a 12inch APC eflight prop... As soon as she verticle and I panicked dunno what to do like freezed, it just U turn aat bout 5 ~ 6 storey high only and crashed, but she survived with slight damaged only! Hahaha... This warbird costs me $$$ to R&D until can fly like that then I shelved it and happy liao before learned to fly first... but i didn`t.
So next I try someting easier after lesson learned that includes a GWS A-10, a china J3 Cub and lastly a Wattage Crazy 8( small 3D balsa plane ), and of coz my very own twin blade bomber. All R.I.P, not crashed badly but no space to keep...but just recalled whats left is the Crazy 8 in my store room. Its also all balsa/ply construction with some cracks but think still repairable. The covering film all stripped thus needs new cover. Maybe 1 day i can pass it to you and see you can revived it or not.

Respect? I`m afraid not but complete suicide...somemore an aerobatic warbird, but I`m just too obsessed with scale models, and at that time almost no electric flight in the market yet, thus no foamies to buy. And after the first fall, I even stripped of all the monokote, and applied japanese tissue as coverings, sprayed a marine blue scheme and it looked very scale after that. That`s how I got the passion and even build my own plane even tho I cannot fly...hahaha!!!
Btw bro, are you experienced with nitro engine planes? I`m quite interested to fly nitro this time as maybe less hassle than electric...i`m talking about those .15 size engines, and they seems cheap nowadays? Maybe can use on the Beaver as it`s actually a nitro .15 size plane...
