Hi, the rods are around 4mm I think...

Great comfy seats! Thanks for the tip with the socks, now will no longer throw them away if they have a hole.

Boo, the seat looks scale but if your truck were to submerge, i think the seat will get soak up and turn smelly. And if the mud were to splash on the seat, you will have to remove and wash it.
Anyway great custom seats ! Good job ! Very Happy

Yeah man.. But I think difficult to get the seats wet.. Razz

And i'll be spraying a few layers of scotchguard to waterproof the seat covers... Hope it helps though... Very Happy

some updates...

My 3rd axle was previously linked to the middle axle... i decided to isolate the 2 axles so that they can move and articulate independently...

to do that, i'll need to mount the upper links somewhere...
so... i fabricated a simple 4-link truss for the axle... Smile

gave the cab a first layer of grey primer.... and hinged the sides of the truck bed..

the left, right and tailgate of the truck bed are hinged...

The bumper itself is made out of styrene and mounted on an old aluminium bracket bumper that I found... previously made for my defender 90.. Very Happy
