Bruiser Trail Newbie
Hi all @ SG Crawlers, my name is Bernard and my nic is gtr206. I got myself a 2012 Tamiya Bruiser and it's currently very stock at the moment. I saw the trail videos that you guys have and I was wondering if the Bruiser could take all that trailing as a stock kit.
I'm currently using a Futaba 4 channel 27mhz with futaba analog servos. (low cost la) and my diffs are not even locked yet as I've seem to have lost the 2.4x11mm screw pins to lock the diffs which I'm waiting for from a online sale.
Hope to see you guys soon for a woodgrove trail soon...
Cheers!

Thanks also to bro Zax13 for the welcome too.
Well, the only pic of my truck I've got for now on my pc is this one but I'll take more pics and post them soon.

Re: Bruiser Trail Newbie
Ya, I must agree to that bro Boo but too bad it's only for easy trials and not so good for hard trails...but still, it's a cool truck.

it'll be painful to see the bruiser in serious mudding....
woodgrove, segar, beach trails, etc... would be great!
Re: Bruiser Trail Newbie
Yahoo....those are the trails I'll be looking forward to. I can't wait for the next easy trail and see how mine performs.

Re: Bruiser Trail Newbie
I had the wheels changed to Tamiya's 4 piece wheel, Tamiya's 4x4 Slipper Clutch, Tamiya's full lighting system and RC4WD's Metal Steering Arm set.
Now what I need are higher and softer 2.2 tires that can fit the 4 piece wheel set that I have...
It's practically stock by other standards for now...

Re: Bruiser Trail Newbie
No problem... I just got this to replace rc4wd hex converter for bruiser. This one should be much easier to convert coz doesn't have to take apart the axle to replace.gtr206 wrote:Zax13 wrote:Im using rc4wd hex converter for bruiser.
