U mean the U joint? Bought it from ebay, sgd 12 per piece. Rod is 4mm in thickness.

haha yeah... should have done a small scale one...Nvm la first build. Learn from mistake loh....length of the body stands at 530mm now!!! Shocked Not sure how am i going to bring that shell to trail too weights at least 1.5 kg.

dont worry about all the rough edges and improper fit, they will be sorted out later

Made new left and right window panels too. the old ones are short of 4mm.

Not sure if I should make open-able doors? The curves are hard to cut. Most probably
need to laser cut, what are your opinions?

nah its done by machine. 1mm thick aluminum is bendable but 2mm aluminum requires machine to do the job. Very Happy

Rig is not ready la still need to make a new chassis. Very Happy . need to make sure everything is finished properly then weld together then its counted as complete.

you will need a sheet metal brake press. you can DIY by using L shape brackets and a mini hydraulic jack.
